BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

All new patients to ForeverME must have a 15 minute complimentary consultation, regardless of whether they are new to electrolysis or not.
In order to book an appointment, your credit card details must be uploaded. By choosing to save these details, you will cut down time spent on making future bookings and payments. Square ensures the security of all sensitive details. After you receive your treatment, you can choose to pay using your saved credit card details, or any other accepted method of payment. Cash, tap to pay and saved credit card are accepted methods of payment.
Service Fees - Credit Card - 1. 9%
No-shows and late cancelations (within 48 hours) will be charged a flat fee of $80. If your booked appointment cost less than $80 you will be charged the full fee.
For XXX appointments, no-shows and late cancelations (within 48 hours) will be charged a flat rate of $120. If your booked appointment cost less than $120 you will be charged the full fee.
If you book an appointment, please make every effort to attend that appointment. I value my time just as you value yours. Additionally, you are taking that time away from someone who would of been happy to attend.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule your booking anytime, until 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules under 48 hours will only be accepted at the discretion of ForeverME.
